My main role was to design and build websites for SMEs across a multitude of sectors. I introduced structured web processes and re-wrote the company website proposal documents from scratch. It was in 2009 we adopted WordPress of which I learnt within my own time and rolled it out across many commercial projects during that year. In 2010 I was responsible for training an intern in HTML, SEO and general project management.

I took a keen interest in SEO and was successful in getting the company's website to number one in Google for the primary search term 'Recruitment Software' after a lot of research and hard work which was very rewarding. We also won a UK Fast design award for the website too which was nice.
